Description
Choose from hundreds of stencils and design your own tote bag! The creator of the winning tote bag gets a prize!
Registration information
Registration is required. Each child must be registered separately. Proof of age may be requested.
WPL cardholder registration begins Monday, July 21 at 10am online only
Out of district registration begins Monday, July 28 at 10am online only
