Join us for a delicious and creative evening as we explore the art of charcuterie! This interactive workshop begins with a guided demonstration of three unique boards:

• Classic Board – traditional meats, cheeses, and pairings

• Butter Board – flavored butters with fun toppings

• Dessert Board – a sweet twist featuring treats and fruits

Patrons will have the chance to sample from each board as they circulate the room. Along the way, you’ll receive helpful handouts on flavor pairings, board components, and step-by-step instructions—including how to craft picture-perfect salami flowers and the essential do’s and don’ts of charcuterie design.

Then it’s your turn! Everyone will create their own charcuterie cup to take home, using a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, nuts, pickles, olives, crackers, and more. By the end of the class, you’ll have the confidence and know-how to design beautiful (and delicious!) boards for any occasion.
