Join instructor Patty Scibelli for a Vinyasa yoga class.

This slow-paced practice focuses on linking movement with breath, tying poses together in mini flows to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance.

Explore the fundamentals of Sun Salutations, breaking down the movements to build a strong foundation. You will also delve into breathing techniques and strengthening exercises. 

Participants should bring:

  • a mat
  • water bottle
  • blanket
  • small towel (optional)

Class Fee: $10.00 due at the time of registration.
