Adult Beginner Yoga In-Person

Explore the fundamentals of Sun Salutations, breaking down the movements to build a strong foundation. You will also delve into breathing techniques and strengthening exercises.
Participants should bring:
- a mat
- water bottle
- blanket
- small towel (optional)
